Well no loss today Iam bond and determine to loss this weight again. I also found out that the MRT (our SWAT) tryouts are coming up alot sooner then I thought. So anyone that knows anyway to hype up upper body strength???
Well today
2.25 miles walk/run on treadmill
situps and pushups
Food
chicken ceaser salad
4 small apples
2 hand fulls of nuts LOTS of water and a cup of coffee
