I finally found a situation that I really think works for me, I have put my body in ketosis. I have to agree that it is one of the hardest thing that I have done, but I love it and since I really didnt eat breakfast and lunch this so works for me. I would not recommend anyone to do this because it takes much discipline to accomplish this goal, but to date I have lost 37lbs since 03/18/2013 and I am at least 60lbs from my goal.
