I am very proud of my success and I really like my body. the weightloss hasnt been hard at all because i am not rushing it and i am not doing nayhting dramatic. I am just sustaining the lifestyle that i want to sustain for the rest of my life. So I eat controlled portions and controlled meals and snacks that are mainly healthy, but when i am at a scpecial affair or it is a special occassion, i will allow myself a treat and i will enjoy it very much. i love everything i eat. and if i ever do have a binge day or eat an abundance of treats or something, i just let it slide and i dont get mad at myself or anything because thats when i would get into my whole binge-starve- cyclle. instead, i just forget it.
