I used bmi index and took the highest weight that was considered normal as my target. This is from CDC when I input your height:
"For your height, a normal weight range would be from 152 to 205 pounds."

Oh, looks like I gotta lose 40 pounds to be in the middle of a healthy BMI. That's after losing 15 already recently. I plan to drop maybe 10 more and see how I look. I know BMI doesn't matter if you've been lifting for a while.
