Well- as I have said numerous times- it does what it wants. I ate way too much mostly between 2 and 4 p.m. just shoveled it in so not too many calories after that. That's all- all about the timing. LOL

Good job, Jheeden! I doubt I'll have any real losses or much change this month but as long as I stay the same, I'll be ok. Got in a couple short walks with Buster and did a 40 minute home lifting session with my new bench. Wasn't the greatest workout of my life but better than sitting on the couch. ;) No yard work but 3 hours of housekeeping... I'm feeling pretty good about today.

So much better workout with it. I love it. Super easy to use and move. So I ordered it Thursday the 26th at 3 p.m. and it arrived today around 11 a.m. Not even 2 days. Did you get any email saying it has shipped? I am irritated that you have to wait. I converted the computer room/office into the exercise room- bench, weights, ab ball, various other little crap, mat,- only thing not in there is our rubber Bob dummy to punch. But with 2 desks and 2 computers/monitors it would be cramped. Anyhow- Long story short- it was good.
