*Thankful post for today*
I am thankful that the grocery store is still fully stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables.

Lihat Kalender Diet, 25 Maret 2020:
1729 kkal Lemak: 67,17g | Prot: 52,49g | Karb: 202,30g.   Makan Pagi: Kroger Banana Nut Bread,  Chocolate Covered Espresso Coffee Beans,  Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. Makan Siang:  Bananas , Simple Beginnings Celery Sticks, Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus, Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice. Makan Malam:  Brown Rice, Trader Joe's Beef Tenderloin Stir Fry with Vegetables , Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch Yogurt Dressing,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots),  Cooked Carrots (Fat Added in Cooking). Camilan/Lainnya: Doritos Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips, Stolichnaya Vodka,  Chocolate Chip Cookie, Keebler Coconut Dreams Cookies, Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Almonds. lagi...

My old lady arms are almost ready for 'sun's out gun's out' season. (as long as old lady arms are 'in' this year).

Actually, yes. I really got serious about swimming, and it shows. Now that the pool is closed, I hope everything holds steady. But even if I have to start over it's no biggie. 👍
