The train has derailed, i'm struggling to get back on track after going awry...... I am an addict.....

its hard joe when you get off trac i feel you pain right now!!! just hang in there and do as best you can. as long as you are trying you have not failed...

We've all ridden that train. Can I ask...what is one thing you'd like to change this weekend? Maybe, just do that one thing. Come Monday, add another good choice... Glad you're back on track!

You are not alone, I had such a bad day on monday...I ate everything I saw. But I just started over on Tuesday. Remember it was just one bad day!

Leiloni is right - we've all ridden that train. I derailed last week and am really struggling too. May you take comfort in knowing that you are not alone. Many of us are there with your every step.

Thank you all for the kind words, I am not giving up. Still struggling but not giving up. I have several "big" friends right now suffering major health problems and I myself have been diagnosed diabetic and am going to have to have hernia surgery soon. I need to get my act together.......

Just take it one day... one hour... one meal...one bite...one choice at a time.

A glance at your diet calendar shows that when you are "on track" your calories are too low. Maybe try the exchange diet you get from the doctor and also talk to the nutritionist (you can get one, now, with diabetes - - one of the perks). Take a break from Atkins for awhile. Your kidneys will thank you.
