Well, I managed to survive Labor Day weekend without completely messing up :-) I ate some bad stuff, but some good stuff, too, so I'd say for the most part I broke even. At least I am being consistent about writing stuff down . . . I think that keeps me from overeating more than anything. Also, I actually weighed myself today, so my official starting weight is 119 - which is lower than I expected, so that was a nice surprise.
I started the Fall into Fitness challenge today - unfortunately all I did was walk for 20 minutes but at least I got up and made myself do it.
