I feel very depressed tonight and would really love to eat some icecream and other things to f--- my diet up but I am not going to do it. I feel very unorganized with all the things that went on today. Sometimes I feel so bad over really small things. I wish I did not get like that over these things. I work on it but it is very hard to get rid of it. I need to sleep that is what I need to do.

Consider yourself very lucky for starting now instead of when you get to 181 like me. I'm just beginning but I know you can do it! Hand in there it will be worth it

Keep your chin up....you can do this. Depression will set in at times, you just have to fight back the urges and you will be just fine! Hang in there, you are doing great!

You should be proud of yourself that you didn't cheat. You will get depressed at times, think of other things to comfort you besides food. You can do this!!!
