Thank you. I am terrible we as bout posting in here and logging my daily intake and activity. I normally do a water exercise class at the y for an hour Monday - Friday. Some days I ride the bike and work out on the machines before the class. My nephrologist suggested the green light, yellow light, red light eating plan in November. I started it and it has gone quite well. Green foods have 55 or less glycemic index, yellow has 56 to 69 and red has 70 and above. The green is core which is most vegetables, meats, dairy and whole wheat breads. Surprising sweet potatoes are green while white are red. arred.
