Last night into this morning I about 3 hours on my flower garden (digging out to expand, so taking sod out and planting flowers) and then came in my house worked on my job for a couple hours, then spent 2.5 hours cleaning. I did all this after working all day yesterday then taking my youngest in for a specialist checkup. Busy busy busy. My two oldest children are coming home this weekend. One is moving home the other just for the weekend. I only got about 4.5 hours sleep for the third night in a row. I think that may catch up with me...

Oh yes, get some better rest! Sleeplessness will make weight loss more difficult. Hope you have a good time with returning children this weekend. Sounds like you got alot done with your flower garden. My week has just been a blur. Holiday Monday, kids Tuesday, hubs b-day yesterday and back to work today. I will have the grandkids again all day tomorrow. I find myself slacking off with entering food and then playing catch up to remember what I had so I can put it in. Same with burning calories. The kids do keep me hopping even though they also keep asking to eat frequently. Makes it more difficult for me. I go to the dr next Thursday. Having female problems. Delayed in starting but got it today. Maybe I will begin to feel better now...

It sucks getting older. I turned 50 the last day of February. Haven't started with change of life yet that I know of...but have had female issues too. I just want to blink and have it be over. Hang in there. I hear that it gets irregular sometimes as you start the process.

That's the part I'm not looking forward to. I was so regular in my younger days that I knew what day I would wake up and it be there. In the last several years it's change from 28 days to 25 days and then have been fluctuating between the two for awhile now. However, this month really threw me off because I have never been so late, 8 days! But you know, that's okay. I can take more time in between those horrible days! And I have fibroids and will be glad when the cycles eventually stop.

I had to go through an ablation to try to stop passing clots. Gross stuff...I also can't wait for it all to be done. Looks like I am getting mine again. Seems like it is more frequent for me. Been a while since I have counted days between. I should probably start keeping track again.
