Two end-of-year shows this week, yesterday and today, and another full weekend of speaking exams ahead, so I'm still very, very busy. Avoiding over-tiredness with good(ish) nutrition and reasonably early nights, so far so good.

We just have two more weeks of school before the long summer break, and I have more speaking exams to conduct next weekend, but only on Saturday so I'll get a day off on Sunday 9th June, my first for a month!

Needless to say, dieting is the least of my worries - just trying to keep it high-nutrition, at least during the day, despite the evening snack attacks.
