Consistency has definitely been the key. I haven’t lost any drastic weight since February but I have stayed with the healthy lifestyle and have worked out when i could (being sick caused me to slow down on the workouts but I’ll be getting back to it) so far this year I’ve lost 31lbs so I’m definitely not disappointed! Let’s keep going! 💪🏼
