It is raining and the wind is blowing. I was feeling good yesterday. Got out to do some errands. Was a bit tired when I got home. Had lunch out which blew all my good behavior. lol I went over on calories, and sodium. But guess all the walking and in and out of the truck, I managed a 0.2 drop. The weather got bad in the night. Thunderstorms all morning. My arthritis is in a flare. Such is life. I plan on doing what I can and that will be that. 😇 All I can do is my best. Hope to keep making these baby steps as my goal is so close. I can see the light. Then onward with new goals.🤓 Stay strong out there.
