I finally scheduled an appointment with my primary physician to get on something that can help curb appetite. I weighed in at 174 smh. She agrees I should be about 162. So we are starting on the lowest dose and I go back in a month to see if we need to up the dosage. Can only be on these pills for 3-6 months. I don’t know why my cravings have been out of this world lately but I have to make some changes. Running 3.5-5 miles 3 to 4 times a week is not enough. I overall eat healthy and have been vegetarian for 2 years now, but apparently I’m making some wrong choices somewhere. Wish me luck on this adventure!!!!

Wishing you luck :) I have some of the same problem, cycling about 200 miles p/week seems to trigger appetite for me, then, if I eat carbs, for re-fueling, carbs seem to trigger eating on average 600 more cals p/day, than if I go low carb.
