I've been reading about celebrity diet habits. WOW! For example, Trisha Yearwood eats only 1200 calories per day. What? I usually eat more then that before dinner. And she jogs several miles a day. Well yeah, no wonder she is a size 6 or 8. Anyone would be with that routine.

I'm trying my best to stay under 2000 calories a day. And I have to admit that its not always easy. My husband likes to have all the MOST fattening things. He just likes what he likes. I don't think that he is trying to keep me fat. He just knows that we used to enjoy a lot of fattening food together.

But I have been cooking healthier. Rocky seems to like what I have been doing with our meals. So that's a plus. I just can't imagine eating only 1200 calories a day. WOW.
