The employees that went to the Leadership Symposium have to present the information learned... to the entire division. I HATE public speaking and I have a feeling that once everyone gets up there I'm going to be voluntold that I am the presenter. Everyone is like, oh so-and so would talk to little and so-and-so would talk to much, you would be perfect and I have stressed how much I dislike presenting. But no one cares as long as they are not the one speaking...

UGH don't think anyone understands how much I dread public speaking. Like I gorged myself last night, because I couldn't sleep, because I have such bad anxiety about presenting. I'm like well maybe I'll get into a car crash and not have to present... you never know!

I'm trying to take deep breaths and tell myself it's not that bad, but it's like telling someone with arachnophobia, oh it's just a spider.
