Starting to day I have to set up a time to just go outside in walk. It would be better if I had something to do and not just walk around aimlessly but I have to do this and I'll update here everyday. And it is getting cooler outside now so I should be able to get into a habit by next summer when the heat will pick up again!

So I actually got out and did it I'm so proud of myself. But instead of the thirty minutes I planned on I pushed myself and said how good will it feel if I walk for another ten minutes. Then ten minutes later I said lets go for another and I end up walking for an hour and three minutes. I know the three minutes shouldn't matter but just know it makes me feel better. Now I can say yeah today I walked an extra 33 minutes lets try for 34 next time or heck lets try for 40!
