the raspberries in my breakfast yogurt tasted like wine....fermented. ick! so i only had a few bites and couldn't take it anymore. i tossed it and never got around to eating anything else till 11 then i had a pear. lunch was the same as yesterday and that's all i had till i came home. i was soooo hungry and had plenty of calories, fat and carbs left for the day. i sat in my car before i left work and looked up fast food sandwiches on my phone. i got BK orig. chicken sandwich NO mayo add tomato. doctored it when i got home and ate it slowly. i really enjoyed it and i can still have something else to eat. maybe 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream....

so ideally, i wouldn't eat simple carbs in the evening. but i'm still in my numbers today and that is good.

oh yeah, last night, bout 1/2 hour before bed, my stomach started growling bad, but i refused to eat anything right before bed because all i have is carbs. need to get some LF cheese sticks. protein! protein! protein! before bed if anything.

i have got to eat the salad i have so it doesn't go bad! ugh!
