I have done horribly these past few days. No/Minimal exercise. Bad eating. I didn't even record what I ate yesterday. I have been feeling sick and have not had any energy. I am staying home from work today, so hopefully tomorrow will be a better start.

The rain is here, so I won't be able to walk every morning. I don't have any workout videos, so until I have some, I guess I will just have to walk in place in the mornings. This isn't going to be fun, but I have to make it work.

If you have a laptop you can you-tube some work out videos, there are also some really decent websites that have pretty good strength/toning exercise things you can print out and use.

Hang in there, not all days will be like this. :-) I second pixidaisy's idea. Fit.tv is a great website that gives you different options. Also, if you have digital cable, there is a fitness section with a ton of different workout videos. :-)
