I have recently gone gluten-free, should have years ago but i'm trying it now. I have gained 13lbs in 3 months, I want to lose it and even more. Since I've started eating gluten free 3 days ago I've already lost about 2 lbs. In addition to gluten free, I have also stopped drinking pop at any times and eating the food at work (on the plane). I'm trying to stay active as possible. Lately I've been feeling tired, but I get spurts of motivation. I wanted to walk/run when I woke up but that didn't happen. I am hoping to get in at least a 30 min. eliptical session and perhaps a 15 min. run/walk session outside this evening. I'd also like to do my power sculpt DVD workout at least every other day if possible. I also have started to do crunches when I wake up, and before I go to bed. I am ready to lose this weight. Hawaii in Feb! 5 months to get in tip top shape and feel comfortable with myself again. It's been too long.
