Just read your bio and some journal entries. I'm glad you are here. I have found it to be a key to my being about to get and stay on track. I grew up in Canada, four years in Minnesota, and the rest in Northern Idaho where we shopped a couple times a month during the winter when the roads were clear enough to get to town. I know isolation even though it had been a while. Wood heat was all I knew actually until six years ago when we bought our house. It has this crazy thing on the wall thst you turn on and the house gets warm! Love it, but I do miss the comfort of a stove. So, hang in there with us you are doing great! 😁 😁

Thank you for the kind comments liv001, that bahs, jimmiepop, Diana 1234, and melissatwa. I'm actually eating one or two meals a day. I'm terrible at recording. I began this journey again on 1/20/20 218.5 and today's 203.1 feels pretty good. I am never hungry on Keto. If I eat something with carbs, I actually wake up hungry. Otherwise, I have my coffee around 10-11:00 and I'm good until 2-3:00 when I eat a meal. I feel confident that I will see this next goal through. Thank you again, I appreciate the support.
