Well I reached my first mini goal. For some reason I'm not excited as i thought I would be. I don't feel cheated due to changing scales and the way I weigh-in, because my first mini goal was 231 and I am at 229.6, so even if I was weighing the same way as before I am sure that I would be at 231.
It's been less than a month since I've started on this journey, and I'm worried that I am losing my momentum. I can't let that happen, I have the rest of my life that I have to do this. I didn't do any of my exercises last night and I didn't get up this morning to walk. I guess it's okay to give my body a break sometimes, I just don't want to give up on this...
Anyways, I get to get my first reward! A new pair of shoes. I think I am going to go to a sporting good store and get a good pair of work out shoes! That will have to wait until next weekend though because that's when I get paid.
