I had a different breakfast today which was delicious but now it's 11 o'clock and I'm hungry! I think not having a banana makes a big difference.

Fast day wasn't totally successful yesterday but I finished the day at around 750 calories so still gave my digestive system a bit of a rest.

I'm supposed to be working and I have plenty to do so I'm planning to do another hour's work then have lunch!
