Well - I have had to re- adjust my weight. All this time it has been converted wrongly so I actually HAVEN'T put on 2 lbs at all , but all those months ago when I converted it the website done it wrong. SO in the spirit of fresh starts I am putting it in properly and gaining even more weight! Still , I only go by my scales anyway. I have spent 6 weeks doing what I wanted and now I am going to get to goal and work out a way to incorporate this regime into a lifetime of eating. Food is fuel not a treat. SAY IT , SAY IT.... Believe it..
