I was fine till I ate breakfast, now I am tired. And lunch made it worse. I could seriously go home and go to bed. Which I won't because somehow my brain thinks sleep is wasting time lol Probably why I never get enough. I did successfully go from work to school without forcing a meal down me. I only ate a handful of butter lettuce last night before class. I noticed I am eating a meal as fast as I can in 15 min or less before I go to class M-W and then I return home later starved again so I eat a 2nd meal. Essentially eating 2 dinners :-( Which is obviously not going to help my caloric intake. I have also compromised and bought fast food. Well, a friend bought the Tokyo Joes last night, but with a full time job, kids, and college part-time I am finding cooking less appealing :-(
Somehow I have go to get my butt moving!! I'm totally worn out
Probably all this cooked food, I need to get my raw vegs and fruits in but I haven't had time or money for food
