nope, did not lose any weight this week. that's okay, there's always next week. I am in the slim fast diet and I have lost my appetite so much with the shakes I'm not even having breakfast. I am taking in less than 950 calories a day and I am burning over 1500 calories. So it must be my sluggish metabolism. I will see next week. only 23 pounds to go. We'll see. Any suggestions?
