Fasted 21 hours. Brunch -- scrambled eggs with onions and cream cheese, salad with smoked salmon and garbanzo beans, cottage cheese, English muffin with cream cheese and tj's everything but the bagel seasoning. I have been super hungry. Seems my body finally noticed it has been expending more calories. It was good!

Hahaha! Making beans is so easy and I just happen to have a bag of garbanzo beans in my pantry.
