Ok so total cheat day for me well... had my regular breakfast then just a snack and skipped lunch. But it was my husband s doctoral graduation dinner so glass of champagne, steak and chocolate fondant... blew my calories for the week ! But at least I enjoyed it and I’m running so we’ll see how much it affects my weight loss this week !
