Squats and burpees are my least favourite. I love dead lifts and leg presses.

Not an exercise, but a physical therapy activity: I despise rolling out my facia. Hurts like the dickens!! Hurts like I’m harming, not helping. :(

chriss77, i don't avoid the ones I don't like, but I agree that we tend to hat the ones we don't like, and like the ones we excel at. For an old fart I can crank out good form pull-ups, but have weak legs and struggle with exercises that require all the power coming from the legs.

I don’t mind any of the exercises when I get my body working right. The knee can be problematic, but I think I’ve figured that one out.

Hey chrisp77, don't make fun of my speech impediment. I still perform the deadlifts and farmer carries, but don't like them. I carry two 50lb dumbbells approx 325 feet.

@adamevegod1 Trx is suspension training using special bands and your body weight. Landmine is the large bar attached to a movable holder. You add weight,or not, it's usually used for shoulder/upper body work but I also include squat or do lunges which makes it a full body workout. Google these cuz it's hard to explain.💜💜💜
