I had to skip a midweek WO, so hesitantly I made it up today. I like to go hard 5 days and take two off. This is the second week I've had to WO on Saturday. Needless to say, I was slightly under par with the exception of pull-ups. I didn't even do my deadlifts, which I don't like anyhow. After being away from exercise for 7-8 months it looks like it's going take three months to get back where I was. The two quickest recovers are pull-ups and weighted hanging leg-raises. Bench is doing well in spite of my triceps sadly lagging behind. Oh well, we'll see how Monday mornings' weigh-in will pan out. Cheers.
