Solid weigh-in this week. I was pretty much dumbfounded this morning considering the fact that I had a bachelor party this weekend that included copious amounts of alcohol. Saw some people I hadn’t seen since college who noticed the difference immediately. My best man for my wedding who I haven’t seen in about 2 months was surprised even though he knew what was going on with me. This week gave me a little encouragement considering the fact that football season is starting this week. I am genuinely afraid that the season will massacre any efforts I make or I will start to gain the weight back. (I’m going to every game this season). Between the tail gaiting and bar hoping I am trying to figure out a balance so that I’m not out of control calorie wise but I’m also not that boring guy in the corner who is not having fun. A hard balance I suppose. Anyways back to work and countdown mode till kick-off.
Milestones: 4.0 lbs - No longer obese ever again 15.6 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!! 35.9 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range 45.2 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
