I don't have any bad habits like smoking or drinking. The only bad habit I have is Eating thatt is my comfort. When I'm sad I eat, mad I eat, happy I eat. See the pattern, I'm a stay at home mom and the hardest habit to break is not eating what my kids don't finish. Following weight watchers helps, because I can still eat my usual foods if I stay in my point range.

Oh I know I hate wasting food, so I use to eat the little bits my kids leave behind, but think of it this way you are still wasting food when your body doesn't need it.
