I can't figure it out. No matter how hard I try, I can't get my RDI. Does that really matter? I eat well and I'm eating all the right foods, but it seems that the foods that I eat don't have enough calories. Should I be worried? I don't feel that I'm starving myself, because when I was carbo-loading I was hungry all the time. But now that I've cut the carbs to almost nothing, I'm not hungry as quickly as I used to be. I guess that's a good thing?

Thoughts?

You truly need to eat at least 1400 calories a day. The easiest way to get your calories up without upping the carbs, is to add fat. Butter, Mayo, Olive Oil, and Ultra Pasteurized Heavy whipping cream are all good choices for adding calories.

Meant to tell you that the reason that you need a certain amount of calories is because if you don't get enough, your body will think that you are entering a time of famine, and will stop using the food you eat for fuel and start hoarding it. Then the weight loss will slow down or stop.
