Have to keep remembering that this weight loss is something that I need to do! I tried kiwi tonight at my hubby's insistance. It was ok I guess...not something that I will crave. I now have to open my mind to trying more new things. I am a VERY picky eater and am not someone that likes trying new things. Since I only eat very few vegetables and some fruits I have to open my mind to all of them. My doctor tells me that I need to lower cholesterol and lose a bunch of weight. I have been told to use a low fat, low carb diet of my choosing...but when you are a picky eater that is hard. I have been keeping track of everything going in my mouth. With eating the foods I am supposed to be eating I have a hard time coming up to calorie recommended each day for me and I am still eating too much fat. (I love peanuts!) How do I know what are good fats?
