Dragged myself to work today...still sick.
BREAKFAST = 1oz of cheddar cheese & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup
LUNCH = Southwest Chicken Soup
SNACK = 1 pc of dark chocolate & 1 small slice of pumpkin pie...I know it's a major cheat but all i can taste is sweets...bad excuse but it's hard for me to stay on track when I'm sick.
DINNER = 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta with red sauce & 6 small turkey meatballs
LOADS of tea with honey
Hopefully I will feel better & do better tomorrow.
