Cardio Challenge - 40 minutes. 15 minutes of moderate intensity cardio with 25 minutes of HIIT. Sprinted @310 yards x 4 with about 3-4 minutes of walking afterwards. Exhausting. Got my heart rate up to 171 bpm.
