Buen Dia, Hoy Martes voy a hacer un recuento de ayer lunes, My early morning come w/exercise 40 minutos of cardio, and 10 of arm lifting ..error#1 no desayune, at lunch a have a couple ham sandwich w/cheese,mayo light,and sweet lemonade :(.. at the end of my afternoon i have a bowl of rice /sweet milk, my sis gave to me and im not sure if that it was sweeten w/low sugar @ night i have 2 oranges salted :(. hoy martes no he desayunado y tampoco he hecho ejercicio :( ..espero tener un dia saludable..dejar de abusar tanto del azucar ..im not if im doing my better effort :)..so my lunch it has been 4 slices of wheat bread spreaded with guava gel, one medium lemonade , at night i have beans plate with cheese on it, maybe 2 thick slices of cheese spreaded with parmesan cheese.. hahahaha..nothing realistic but im not cheating my own !! o..no ejercicios por el dia de hoy martes !
