I feel awful, i tried to lose weight all month long and now one week before going on our cruise, i find out that i gained 2 pounds.
😭😭😭😭😭😭
I dont want to do any crash diet since it will stress the body and i wont be able to prepare anything for the trip.
I dont know what to doooooo 😫😫😫😫😫

Don’t worry about it! Just try to maintain between now and then and enjoy your cruise with moderation.

Two pounds can be due just to sodium; It's just a wee blip; keep being healthy between now & cruise, as Groatmeal said, moderation on cruise with some indulgences, then back to healthy after! It's just a number; you're doing great! Love your healthy body & enjoy that well-deserved cruise - wooohoooo holiday time!

Bummer, could be stress of season. I agree with the others moderation. Enjoy the cruise and holiday season.

Why not try a veggie smoothies with good fats and proteins. Will keep you full and not stress your body. Enjoy the cruise....so much fun. And don’t let that number kill your beautiful memory.

Thanks for the advice. Now i am down with a nasty cold. I have no choice but to eat healthy to boost my health before the trip. And yes i should be easier on myself! Thx again

Take a deep breath, accept that it could be something just as simple as muscle. Also your body naturally fluctuates in weight daily. Just accept it, enjoy your vacation and just live your life. You can always start when your back
