Up from the last weigh-in but actually down a couple. Ate at restaurants 2x this week and while I ate well, I ate more than I usually do and it didn't work its way out quickly. Things are back on track now and I expect tomorrow to get back to 172-ish and keep on going. Not sore after yesterday which is very good but makes me think I should have maybe pushed harder than I did. It seems like I'm running out of time this weekend to do what I need to do but I remind myself it's about making choices. Do the needful and the rest will fall into place. I do need to get groceries as my fridge has basically eggs and water left. Set myself up to have a great week :) It hasn't been that hard as long as I plan ahead. Turned down french fries yesterday too :)
