I lost 6 pounds on Saturday, Honestly I was expecting 9 pounds. Oh well, 6 pounds are six pounds. I'm doing pretty well considering that last week I couldn't excersice not even one day. First of all, my daughter was sick with fever, had to take her to the doctor, I was very preoccupied for my baby. Also, out of nowhere on Thursday(4/4/13)I had a terrible upper back pain, only on one side of my back. I couldn't go to work on Friday. Everything is good now, I'm back to work and ready to start working out again. Thank you God for all the good things that I have in my life.
