I NEED TO GO BACK TO MY DIET, I started great today, this long weekend killed me!! I'm back!!

Lihat Kalender Diet, 04 April 2013:
1240 kkal Lemak: 58,35g | Prot: 49,70g | Karb: 131,40g.   Makan Siang: Cooked Carrots, Cooked Green Peppers, Water, Vegetables Soup (powder, instant), Tomatoes, Creamed Macaroni. Makan Malam: Meat. Camilan/Lainnya: Cherry Pie, Water, Milk (Nonfat), Coffee. lagi...

WELCOME BACK FRIEND :) You are here.....So I am sure you will get back on track!!! Start by PROMISING to drink a minimum of 64oz of H2o a day, and make your first glass COLD H2O, as soon as you get out of bed. It will help get your metabolism revved up!
