I'm down just a couple of pounds as I suspected. I'm going to battle on with another week of Phase 1 & then move onto Phase 2 which is a lot more tolerable for me. Hopefully now that I'm exercising it will help to move these extra lbs off.

BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks- 1 dipped in light cream cheese & the other dipped in natural peanut butter. 1 cup of coffee with s/f vanilla creamer

SNACK = 1 slice of beef jerky & 1 oz of cheddar cheese

LATE LUNCH = salad greens with 1 slice of swiss cheese & 1 thick slice of ham chopped up with 2T Drew's sesame lime dressing

SNACK = 1 grande pumpkin latte & 15 almonds (ate lunch too late & caved in)

DINNER = 1 thick slice of turkey loaf

DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles

EXERCISE = 20 minutes of cycling

GOOD JOB LITTLE MAMA, You will take those couple lbs. off!!!! YES YES YES!!!! Better than 2lbs.ON! You must look at it that way!!! I do not think i care to move onto ph2 or 3, seems folks here that do that, are right back to Phase one!!! I am staying at Ph.1 for awhile yet!! GOOD LUCK MY DEAR
