Spouse home from hospital where they fed him a high carbohydrate diet despite his diabetes. What is so hard about feeding him a low-carb diet? My poor bloke nearly starved on packet and microwaved "food" (in a private hospital! yes, I am still very angry indeed) and I stacked on weight thanks to take-away rubbish. His blood sugars are stabilized again and I have dropped the excess water. Happy dance.
