I'm getting a little frustrated trying to stay with 20grms of carbs...I know I'm still eating well, the carbs I'm having are healthy carbs but I have to try a little better..I heard that whey protein is supposed to help you lose your stomach so thats why I added that, I guess I should try mixing it with water
