I feel almost completely healed from my opera and the trauma to my body. I want to get back into running and exercise. I feel ready.
I just don't know how to start and what to start with 🤷‍♀️ any suggestions

For me, it all starts with the mind, set your intentions and goals first. Once you take in and processed that and then you can slowly take baby steps into exercising and running

Also i assume you probably need the go-ahead from your dr to start training again

He said take it slow and listen to your body. I still have stitches internally, they take 3 to 4 months to dissolve so maybe a brisk walk
