Yesterday at work I had a bag of "Kroger Natural Microwave Popcorn" as a snack, thinking it was a healthy choice. WRONG. I started putting it into my food journal and realized my popcorn was radically unhealthy! It was loaded with a gigantic number of carbs, fats and trans fats! I have four boxes of the stuff, and I'll either be giving it away or throwing it in the trash. So, lesson learned: just because something says "natural" doesn't mean it's healthy. I should've known that, but I was duped!
