Can a girl ever get a break??? My calories are negative every day, why isnt the scale agreeing? I am not lying on this thing! Sheesh!(My weight was 162 in the morning, when I wrote this)
73,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,2 kg.    Sisa: 5,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

how active are you? maybe you're not eating enough? Sometimes I've realized that if I don't eat enough I feel even more bloated the next day because my body thinks I'm starving it...

Yeah, I guess. But everytime I eat I gain. I just really need a jump start!

I have that problem tooo :( You're not alone haha I lost 1 lb in a solid week with a decent amount of exercise and healthy eating. Is my metabolism that crazy!!? I guess I will try to eat a little more a day but it is a hard concept for me to accept o_O!

i have the same issue.. right now i force myself to get to at least 1200 a day (i was below 1K every day).. and i was still dropping weight steadily... you might need to re assess how much you can eat. they suggest figure that out.. then eat the most calories you're allowed, because you can taper back. also.. I don't count the exercise i do unless its a legitimate exercise (like no more desk work for 8 hours and all that) i set my default to be what i calculated as my BMR. Its much lower than what FS told me my resting/sleeping rate was.. but now if i have a deficit i feel its more accurate.

Oh, I guess I haven't figured out how all the defaults and all that work. I stuffed myself today and still only ended up at like 1300 calories. I do have a low thyroid, though I take medicine for it, so who knows what that does to my metabolism. I am losing weight in the week since I found this site, so I guess it's working. I'll feel better when I actually feel smaller though.
