Yesterday I did some light housework trying to ease my back into activity, but it's not working very well!
For each day I [over] extend my self, I'm 'in bed' for two!
I am in such pain that I can hardly sit at my computer for work! [I have to take breaks throughout the day to go lie down...]
Sorry state of affairs, I must say!
Tomorrow I'm going to attempt to walk with a you tube video [Jaime's idea! - and a GREAT ONE, at THAT!] [so I can be near a place to lie down when I'm finished...] My greatest fear is going for my morning walk and then being too far away from home, and not being able to make it back!
