so i fell off my healthy wagon yesterday. I felt bad, but now i am just ready to go! i have to keep telling myself this is a life changing journey and i will have days that i eat everything under the sun, as long as i get back the next day with a smile, i will be good. im sure my weight went up, but im gonna weigh in after i feed my baby. i know that god wants me to be healthy and is going to help me stay focused and get this done! here is to a healthy me!
